Neckartal Irrigation Phase 2 progresses into environmental assessment stage

The Namibian Ministry of Agriculture is initiating an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for Phase 2 of the Neckartal Dam irrigation project. The project aims to develop 19,000 hectares of agricultural land in the //Kharas Region.
