What makes an employer stand out when nearly half the workforce is thinking about switching jobs?According to the Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2026, Google stands at the top of India's most attractive employer brands, followed by Tata Group and Amazon.The REBR 2026 draws on insights from more than 1.75 lakh respondents across 34 markets and close to 3,500 respondents in the country. The survey reveals a workforce that is increasingly open to change, with 46% of Indian talent planning to change jobs in the next six months.Another 32% said they had already changed employers in the last six months.Google secured the top spot in the rankings, while Tata Group and Amazon took the second and third positions, respectively.
