Rajya Sabha member and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) observer Chintakayala Vijay on Saturday expressed confidence that the TDP, Jana Sena Party (JSP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) alliance would register a massive victory, with a possible 100% strike rate, in the ensuing municipal and Zilla Parishad elections.
Addressing a media conference here, Mr. Vijay said the three parties would contest the elections with perfect coordination and adhere to the guidelines of their respective high commands in the selection of candidates for the Vizianagaram Municipal Corporation, Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituencies (ZPTCs) and Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituencies (MPTCs).
