Eight-time All-Star centre Dwight Howard recently put his Georgia estate back on the market with a $3.25 million increase from last year. The retired NBA star hiked the asking price to $11.25 million, making it the most expensive home for sale in the suburb, according to a report by Mansion Global. Now, its price is $14.5 million.The house, located in Suwanee, was first listed in January 2025, but then taken off the market last September. The 40-year-old athlete has owned the property since 2016, when he bought it for $8.8 million, as per records shown by PropertyShark. At the time, he was working with his hometown team, the Atlanta Hawks, despite having worked with the Orlando Magic during most of his 18-season career.
