Noted industrialist and founder-Chairman of the Tirupati-based Amara Raja Group of companies Galla Ramachandra Naidu has received the prestigious ‘Padma Shri Dr. Yelavarthy Nayudamma Memorial Award 2026’, presented under the aegis of the Dr. Yelavarthy Nayudamma Science & Technology Foundation, headed by Chairman Yadlapati Raghunadha Babu.
The award, which is presented every year on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the renowned scientist Dr. Nayudamma to a prominent personality, went to Dr. Galla Ramachandra Naidu this year, in recognition of his distinguished service in various fields, including industry, education, healthcare, skill development, rural development and social service.
