Navy chief visits Southern Naval Command in Kochi

Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, the Chief of Naval Staff, is on a two-day visit to the Southern Naval Command in Kochi. During his visit, he is reviewing operational activities, training programs, and infrastructure enhancement projects.

Admiral Krishna Swaminathan, Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), arrived at the Southern Naval Command (SNC) here on a two-day visit on Thursday.
He was received by Vice Admiral Sameer Saxena, the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, SNC. During the course of the visit, the CNS was briefed on operational activities, training initiatives and key capability-enhancement projects at the SNC, says a Navy release.
