NASA And IBM Made An AI Model For Exploring The Moon
NASA and IBM have released an open-source AI foundation model designed to analyze lunar surface data, including identifying ice deposits and classifying craters. The model outperformed existing baseline systems in accuracy while requiring significantly less training data.
