Narayani Hospital observes World Heart Day in Vellore
Sri Narayani Hospital and Research Centre in Vellore has inaugurated a new heart-lung machine to enhance its cardiac surgical capabilities. The event coincided with World Heart Day and included a voluntary blood donation drive involving students and staff.

Sri Narayani Hospital and Research Centre (SNRC) launched a state-of-the-art heart-lung machine on its premises in Vellore as part of World Heart Day celebrations.
According to a press release, the ₹3 crore machine was introduced as part of its efforts to strengthen advanced cardiac surgical care facilities at the centre. Lynn Schneider, founder, Lynn Schneider Foundation, New York, inaugurated the facility in the presence of professor N. Balaji, director & trustee, Sri Narayani Group of Institutions.
