Namibia’s population is expected to grow to about 5.26 million people by 2053, a development that will require more investment in housing, schools, hospitals, jobs and other public services over the next three decades.

This is according to the National Population Projections Report, one of four reports released by the Namibia Statistics Agency (NSA) on last week Wednesday from the 2023 Population and Housing Census.
