A 23-year-old boda boda mechanic was found dead with stab wounds in Zanzibar Estate, Nakuru North, on Monday morning, with police arresting a woman as investigations into the death began.
The body of Alvin Okelo Oyugi was discovered along an estate street after a resident reported seeing a man lying motionless on the road at about 7 am.
Police officers who visited the scene found Oyugi lying on his back in a pool of blood. Police said he had sustained three deep stab wounds on his right thigh.
A mobile phone was recovered from his pocket, while a mountain bike bearing blood stains was found beside the body.
