The conditional pardon granted to former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak today only applies to the jail sentence imposed for his SRC International case.
Attorney-General Dusuki Mokhtar ( above ) said this when contacted by Malaysiakini this afternoon.
"Only for SRC (International) case," he said in a brief text message.
Earlier today, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar granted Najib a conditional pardon , allowing him to serve the remainder of his jail sentence under house arrest.
