Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday unveiled a governance roadmap centred on data-driven administration, faster public service delivery and sustained economic growth, while setting a target of achieving 15% Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) growth.
Addressing Ministers, Secretaries and heads of departments at the State Secretariat, Mr. Naidu said Andhra Pradesh had become the first State in the country to institutionalise Monthly Economic Reports (MERs) to track GSDP growth, revenue collections, departmental performance and administrative efficiency. The reports, he said, would facilitate evidence-based policymaking, improve accountability and enable continuous monitoring of governance outcomes.
