Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday directed the elected representatives and officials to ensure effective implementation of the constituency-level vision action plans, saying their success should become a benchmark for governance, development and poverty eradication.
Reviewing the implementation of the Swarna Constituency Vision Action Plan through a video-conference from his Camp Office, Mr. Naidu said Andhra Pradesh was the first State in the country to adopt a structured constituency-wise vision planning system. The initiative had received national recognition, he added.
Interacting with the Ministers, MPs, MLAs, District Collectors, young professionals, knowledge partners, and staff of the Swarna offices, the Chief Minister said that the elected representatives had a crucial role in translating the plans into measurable outcomes, and directed them to work towards achieving growth in line with the identified key performance indicators.
