At the Old Beach in Nagapattinam, he reviewed the proposed development of a one-acre recreational park by the Tourism Department at an estimated cost of ₹2.10 crore. The project will include a park, vehicle parking facilities, and public toilets.
The Collector also visited the Akkaraipettai Railway overbridge site and reviewed the encroachment removal work required for the project.
