The SDM Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD), Mysuru, recently organised a research development programme called ‘Crafting Impactful Research Papers: Mastering the Art of Publishing in a Highly Indexed Journal’, bringing together researchers and academicians to deliberate on the evolving landscape of quality research and scholarly publishing.
Delivering the inaugural address, Lt. Col. Prasad S.N., director, SDMIMD, underscored the importance of research that creates meaningful impact beyond academic publications. He urged researchers to critically examine whether their work contributes to the advancement of knowledge, influences the intended scholarly community, and addresses broader societal challenges.
