The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will launch a 10-day ‘Ballari Chalo’ padayatra from Raichur to Ballari on Tuesday, highlighting the alleged failures of the Congress government and demanding accountability over the alleged “embezzlement of funds from the State-run Karnataka Maharshi Valmiki Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation Limited.”

Releasing posters of the padayatra at the BJP office here on Monday, Raghu Kautilya, MLC, said BJP leaders and workers from across the State would participate in the march under the leadership of State BJP president B.Y. Vijayendra, Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly R. Ashoka, and Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Chalavadi Narayanaswamy.
