Lucas Museum of Narrative Art
The most high-profile museum opening of the year comes courtesy of none other than George Lucas, the legendary director behind film franchises such as Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Located in Los Angeles’ Exposition Park, the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, which opens later this month, is housed in a 300,000-square-foot spaceship-like building designed by Ma Yansong of Chinese architects MAD, along with US-based architecture firm Stantec.
