MUMBAI: A 15-year-old schoolgoing girl was left injured in a hit-and-run where a speeding motorcyclist crashed into her and fled at Juhu on Tuesday. This is the second instance in recent times in the western suburbs where a speeding biker has left a school student injured.The teen is an American national and was headed home from her tuitions when the crash occurred around 8.15 am. Activists highlighted that speedbreakers removed from the road during Metro construction work had not been restored , making the stretch dangerous.The incident occurred opposite Bhaidas Hall at Juhu. The teen was headed home with a friend to pick up her tiffin and then leave for school. While her friend waited on one side of NS Road, the teen crossed over to go to her home.
