Mumbai BMW crash: 21-yr-old deceased driver's prior drunken brawl, rash driving cases surface

The Tardeo police investigating Sunday’s BMW crash on the Coastal Road have found that the deceased driver, 21-year-old Shanay Falgun Gajjar, was allegedly involved in a drunken brawl outside 145 Cafe and Bar in Bandra West last month and had also been booked for rash driving at Breach Candy. A Bandra police constable found the pub open at 1:40am while checking establishments for closing compliance. When he attempted to take the manager to the police station, the four allegedly opposed him and got into a brawl.
