Two children suffer bites to their legs and thighs after a dog attack near Leicester city centre. The incident took place in a playground on Vernon Street, near Newfoundpool , on Sunday, April 19, and saw two children injured by a dog. Leicestershire Police said the victims, aged 11 and 6, sustained bitemarks to their legs and thighs , and were treated in hospital. Officers said they are now appealing for public help in identifying a woman in relation to their investigation.
