Motorola Edge 70 Max launched in India
Motorola has launched the Edge 70 Max in India, featuring a high-brightness AMOLED display and the new Motorola Qira AI assistant. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and includes a large 7,100 mAh battery with fast charging capabilities.

Motorola on Wednesday (July 15, 2026) expanded its Edge 70 line up and launched Motorola Edge 70 Max in India. It also debuts the company’s newly launched AI assistant called Motorola Qira to offer cross-device connections among Motorola and Lenovo devices.
Motorola Edge 70 Max has a 6.8 inch quad HD+ (2K) Extreme AMOLED display, with up to 7,000 nits peak brightness and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The phone is being protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and also bears IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Motorola Edge 70 Max ships with a 7,100 mAh silicon-carbon battery, along with a 90W TurboPower charging. It also supports 25W Qi2 magnetic wireless charging.
Motorola Edge 70 Max runs on Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset with up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB storage. It operates on Hello UX based on Android 16 out of the box.
