John Mwangi, a motorist travelling from Westlands towards Kangemi, said he left Westlands at 7.05 pm but took more than one and a half hours to reach ABC Place.
“I was stuck in traffic. I only got to ABC at around 8.30 pm,” Mwangi said.
"Apart from being stuck in traffic, I paid Sh80 from Westlands to Kangemi. Normally, I would have paid Sh40 or Sh50."
Another motorist, Mary Atieno, reiterated what Mwangi had said.
