Morten Linderud resigning from Arch Linux development team
Morten Linderud, a long-time developer and package maintainer for Arch Linux, has announced his resignation from the project. He provided a list of packages that require new maintainers to ensure the continued stability of the distribution.

I'm resigning as a package maintainer and developer of Arch Linux.
It's been almost a decade since I met Jelle, Chris, Levente and Remi at 33C3 to be (peacefully) coerced into joining the security team, and almost 9 years since I became a package maintainer.
I've sent an internal email about misc responsebilities people are free to taken over, but for the benefit of the list I'll point out that mkinitcpio and arch-install-scripts is currently left without an active maintainer.
Thanks to all the friends I made along the way.
Below is a list of packages that have me as the sole maintainer. I think the following packages should be adopted by someone. Rest can be cleaned up at some other point. Note that I have not checked dependant packages.
