Ernakulam MLA T.J. Vinod has written to Water Resources Minister Mons Joseph seeking immediate action to address drinking water shortage in Chittoor area of Cheranalloor grama panchayat and Vaduthala area of the Kochi Corporation.
Drinking water supply in Chittoor and Vaduthala areas has been significantly disrupted for nearly a month, causing immense difficulty to residents, the MLA said in the letter.
Mr. Vinod urged the Minister to issue necessary instructions to officials to resolve the issue.
