MLA Kuna Ravi Kumar alleged that a worker from the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) was being forced to take the blame for the accident that caused the death of shepherd Danayya in order to protect former Minister Seediri Appalaraju’s son, who was driving a bike negligently.
In a video statement on Monday (July 13, 2026), Mr. Ravi Kumar stated that the road accident in Srikakulam district was yet another proof of the YSRCP’s criminal mindset, characterised by committing atrocities and murders and tampering with evidence, similar to what occurred in the case of Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy’s murder, which was portrayed as a heart attack.
