Social Welfare Minister K.H. Muniyappa has promised a government job to the brother of a 22-year-old Dalit woman, who was allegedly gang-raped and brutally murdered at Hokrani village in Raichur district’s Sirwar taluk.

​Visiting the woman’s grieving family on Friday, Mr. Muniyappa offered his condolences and condemned the heinous crime.
