Minister distributes assistive devices worth ₹30 lakh in Rajamahendravaram

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana on Saturday distributed battery-operated tricycles, wheelchairs, walking sticks and hearing aids worth ₹30 lakh to needy persons in Rajamahendravaram.
The equipment was provided by the Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
Rajamahendravaram City MLA Adireddi Srinivas, MLC Somu Veerraju, GAIL Chief General Manager (CSR) Siva Kumar and GAIL Deputy General Manager (HR) D.V. Prabhakar attended the programme.
Mr. Srinivas thanked the GAIL management for extending the support to needy persons.
