Minister for Dairy Development C. Vijayalakshmi on Thursday directed the officials to ensure that no eligible beneficiaries were left out in the Thaimaman Thanga Mothiram Thittam.
Examining the steps taken to implement the scheme in the district with Collector C. Muthukumaran and senior officials, she said it was one of the flagship schemes of the State government covering babies born in government hospitals. It would be launched soon and Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay was keen to pass on the benefits to all eligible beneficiaries. Officials should take steps to prepare the list of beneficiaries, their eligibility status, applications, and others. The officials should ensure that no eligible beneficiaries were left out. Steps should be taken to disseminate information to the people in all possible manners.
