Minecraft Dungeons II’s New Dimension Coming to Minecraft Java & Bedrock Edition

We’ve visited the Overworld, the Nether, and the End. Now, prepare yourself for a journey to the Sift.

First announced at Gamescom and showcased in more detail at Minecraft LIVE today, The Sift is the first new dimension in Minecraft in over 14 years, and players will be able to visit it in just a few days, when Minecraft Dungeons II launches on September 29.

But on top of that, Mojang Studios confirmed that the Sift will come to Minecraft in 2027, offering an entire new dimension for you to explore, survive, and create within.

In the opening stages of Minecraft Dungeons II , players will realize something is amiss. Strange events begin to upend the natural order of the Overworld, new enemy types appear, and souls begin to fly through the world. You’ve stumbled on the Sift.
