Why it matters
Arsenal's strong start and Arteta's confidence signal a highly competitive Premier League season ahead.
Arteta believes Arsenal can be even better
Mikel Arteta sent a warning to the rest of the Premier League after Arsenal came from behind to beat Chelsea 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium. The defending champions have made a perfect start to the season, and their manager believes there is still much more to come.
The London derby could hardly have started worse for the Gunners, with Morgan Rogers putting Chelsea ahead inside two minutes. Arsenal responded with composure, however, as goals from Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard completed the turnaround.
The victory leaves Arsenal alongside Manchester City as the only teams to have won all three of their opening league games. But Arteta is looking beyond the results. He believes this Arsenal side has the potential to reach an even higher level than the team that won the Premier League last season.
