Migrant worker held for harassing minor girl

A 27-year-old migrant worker from West Bengal has been arrested by the Valliyoor All Women Police for sexually harassing a nine-year-old girl. The suspect was identified through CCTV footage after trespassing into the victim's home in Radhapuram.

The Valliyoor All Women Police have arrested a migrant labourer from West Bengal on charges of sexually harassing a nine-year-old girl after trespassing into her house.
Police said an unidentified person, who trespassed into a house in a village under Radhapuram police station limits on August 25, sexually harassed a the girl. When the girl screamed in fear, he escaped. Based on a complaint from the girl’s mother, the Valliyoor All Women Police registered a case.
