A 28-year-old migrant worker was electrocuted and two others were seriously injured during construction work in Nanganallur on Monday.
A senior official of the City police said a two-storey house was under construction in the Hindu Colony 2nd Main Road of Nanganallur. Three construction workers including Mangal Asra from West Bengal, Ramu, 54, from B.V. Nagar, and Guna, 48, from Nehru Colony of Palavanthangal were carrying iron rods up the staircase for the centering work to be carried out.
