Microproteins provide new playbook for Alzheimer's research

Researchers at the Salk Institute have developed a new microprotein atlas using human brain samples to better understand neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's. The study identifies over 1,000 new microproteins, offering a new avenue for medical research.
