The “Pearl” actress filed the documents Tuesday night, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
The 32-year-old listed their separation date as July 28, 2025.
Goth is asking for primary legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old daughter , Isabel, per the docs, obtained by Page Six.
She also asked that neither she nor the actor receive spousal support.
In February, Page Six exclusively reported that the former couple had been separated since last year but were keeping the split under wraps.
An insider told us the “Transformers” star moved to New Orleans after the breakup to be closer to family.
