JHANSI: A 27-year-old woman was allegedly strangled to death at a rented house in Jhansi’s Sipri Bazar area, with police suspecting her husband’s involvement.Shivani, also known as Sudha, was found unconscious under a bed at the house near Fauji Tiraha in Awas Vikas Colony on Monday morning. She was taken to Jhansi Medical College, where doctors declared her dead.A postmortem conducted by a panel of doctors confirmed that she had been strangled. Doctors also found injuries on five parts of her face.Shivani, who was from Madhya Pradesh's Datia in Indergarh area, had been living in Jhansi with her sister Muskan and brother Aniket for around three months.
