It does not necessarily reflect the view of The Herald. University freshers in Reading are being offered free NHS MenB vaccinations on campus this week.

The NHS MenB vaccination clinics are being held at the University of Reading during Freshers’ Week, giving eligible students another chance to receive protection.

New university students starting their first year this autumn can attend if they have not yet had their first or second dose. The clinics are part of a programme commissioned by NHS England and delivered through community pharmacies at universities across the South East.
