Memory decline starts earlier than you think, new research suggests

A study from Binghamton University suggests that memory decline begins earlier than previously thought, potentially manifesting during middle age. Researchers used MRI scans to observe hippocampal activity, finding significant differences in memory accuracy between individuals in their 20s and those in their 30s and 40s.
