Located at 3003 S Country Club Road in Stillwater, the property was created as a family home and training ground after Holliday purchased the land in 2018. According to the current listing by Wyatt Poindexter, the 62-acre estate is now asking $9.8 million, after initially entering the market for $12 million in February 2026. The home was built in 2022 and spans 7,500 square feet, with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a long list of indoor and outdoor amenities.A Stillwater property with a baseball connectionHolliday, who was born and raised in Stillwater, built the property after purchasing the land for about $3 million in 2018.
