Mastermind of Tarlai imambargah attack, four ISKP terrorists killed in IBO

According to the CTD, credible intelligence indicated that ISKP militants were present at a compound near the Kabul English Language Centre, where they were allegedly planning major terrorist attacks, including bombings targeting sensitive installations, Imambargahs and churches.
After confirming the intelligence, CTD SWAT teams cordoned off the compound from all sides and secured all possible entry and exit points. As the compound also had a basement, the personnel adopted a cautious operational strategy while entering the premises.
