PHOTO: U SUBRAMANYAM / THE HINDU The temple doors will open at 4 a.m. for special prayers to Goddess Saraswati NANDYAL Special prayers, Abhishekam and other rituals will be conducted at Kolanu Bharati Kshetram, a temple adopted by the Srisailam temple, on the occasion of Moola Nakshatra on Friday (October 16, 2026). As part of these celebrations held for the welfare of the world, special worship will be offered to Goddess Saraswati, and a mass ‘Aksharabhyasam’ (ceremony for children beginning their formal education) will be organised.
