The Australian share market has ended its day slightly higher, with the the ASX 200 rising 0.3% to 8,758 points.
Today's best performers include mining stocks like Sunrise Energy Metals (+12.7%), FireFly Metals (+5.7%) and Bellevue Gold (+4.8%).
Technology was the best performing sector, driven by gains from Megaport (+4.3%), NextDC (+3.8%) and Life360 (+2.9%).
On the flip side, shares of Origin Energy (-4%), Woodside Energy (-2.4%) and AGL Energy (-2.3%) didn't perform so well.
It comes after the price of Brent crude futures briefly fell below $US100 per barrel overnight.
