President Marcos directed PhilHealth and the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) to intensify public information about the government's P20,000 annual medicine coverage under PhilHealth.

In a meeting at Malacañan, the Private Sector Advisory Council's (PSAC) Healthcare Sector Group emphasized the need to expand PhilHealth benefits, improve medicine availability, and strengthen healthcare facilities, particularly in underserved communities.
