West Ham are closing in on the permanent signing of Tottenham winger Manor Solomon .
Standard Sport understands that while a deal for the Israel international has yet to be finalised, it is now near to completion.
West Ham are believed to have reached an initial agreement over a transfer worth £5million up front, plus a further £2m in add-ons. Spurs have also reportedly added a 10 per cent sell-on clause into the deal.
