The family comprises an elderly man surnamed Ng, his wife and their son.
They had been having a difficult time as Ng, who is their main caretaker, had just gotten out of the hospital after having a bad fall, according to the one-minute-long clip.
Additionally, the elderly man's son — who is in his thirties — is still under his parent's care as he has special needs, Ng told Aiden.
Aidan gave all three family members free haircuts and refused to take the money the elderly man tried to offer him.
