Man to appear in court to face grievous bodily harm charge after North Shore stabbing
A 45-year-old man has been arrested and charged with grievous bodily harm following a stabbing incident at a property in Glenfield, Auckland. The victim is currently in stable condition at Auckland City Hospital, and police have confirmed there is no ongoing risk to the community.

A man is due to appear in court today after a stabbing during a fight at a North Shore property.
Police say they were called to Valley View Rd, Glenfield, just before 8pm yesterday evening after a person had been assaulted. They found a man with a stab wound.
“Based on our enquiries, parties known to each other had been gathered at the address when an altercation took place, resulting in the man receiving his injuries,” Waitematā CIB acting Detective Inspector Megan Goldie said.
A 45-year-old man arrested at the scene had been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
