SHAHJAHANPUR: Two youths who went to meet a woman in a village were allegedly caught by locals, with one of them tied to a tree and beaten. A video of the incident has since gone viral on social media, police said.The incident took place on Friday afternoon in Maholiya Veeran village under Khutar police station, Superintendent of Police Saurabh Dixit said.According to police, the two youths, Radhe and Sonu, had gone to meet a 28-year-old woman. She had been married for about eight years and had recently been in contact with the two men over the phone. The two are her brothers-in-law by relation, police said.The two were talking to the woman when villagers caught them.
