TIRUPATI: Fear gripped the patients and medical staff at the govt area hospital at Kadiri in Satya Sai district after a middle-aged man slit the throat of his wife and killed her on the spot on Wednesday.According to Kadiri CI Narayana Reddy, the accused was identified as Ganga Raju, a resident of Eedula Palli village in Mudigubba mandal.
