Surya Subekti was sentenced to six years and five months jail after being found guilty of sex trafficking.
The 45-year-old had arranged for a 17-year-old girl to travel from Indonesia to Australia for sex work.
Subekti will spend at least four years and five months behind bars before he is eligible for parole in November 2030.
