Man murders wife, 4-year-old son, then attempts to kill self in Keralam’s Thrissur

A man allegedly killed his wife and four-and-a-half-year-old son before attempting suicide at Vallappad in Thrissur, Keralam, early on Thursday. The man, Vijesh of Thikkinniyeth, is in critical condition.
The deceased have been identified as Vismaya, and their son, Daksh.
The incident came to light around 1.30 a.m. when Vismaya’s brother, who heard her screams, broke open the door and entered the house. Vijesh then reportedly took the child into another room and locked the door before killing him.
Vijesh was rushed to the Government Medical College Hospital, Thrissur, where he is undergoing treatment.
