PUNE: Nigdi police on Monday arrested a daily-wage worker for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor girl at a temple while she was visiting with her parents on Sunday.CCTV footage from the temple reportedly shows the accused entering the premises and allegedly assaulting the child, helping police identify and arrest him.Senior inspector Mahesh Bansode said police registered a case soon after receiving information about the incident. “We arrested the accused with the help of CCTV footage,” Bansode said.CCTV footage helps police identify accusedAccording to the police, the girl had gone to the temple with her parents when the alleged assault took place.
